I’m proud to say that Rebecca Maxfield and I are now on our fourth year presenting this program of songs with LGBT+ themes! Some of the songs are from tradition, and some are the work of folksingers in recent decades. Others are our original songs or our musical settings of poems. We sing solo or in harmony and occasionally with a variety of accompaniment instruments.
This show can be presented as a short version (one 50-minute set), or a full evening (two 45-minute sets with an intermission). We can offer the show over Zoom to audiences in a variety of locations and time zones (we’re in Eastern time). Please send inquiries to aprilcatherinegrant@gmail.com about in-person appearances.
